Q What forms of payment do you accept ?
A ONLY PayPal.
Q When will you ship my order ?
A The great thing about digital downloads is that there are NO SHIPPING charges.
Your digital product wil be available seconds after making your PayPal payment through a download window.
Q In what format do I receive your product ?
A All collage sheets and designs in PNG format. On REQUEST (but e-mail me FIRST !!) they are also available in JPEG.
Q What is the size of your collage sheets ?
A Unless otherwise mentioned ; 8,5x11 inch. / A4 size / 3300x2550 pixels
Q What resolution do you use ?
A The images are High Resolution 300 dpi. ready to print. You can save and use them over and over again.
Q Why do I see on ALL your images a watermark ?
A I'm aware of the fact that internet is a public domain and that is frequently use by millions of people. Among these millions of people are also many users who 'borrow' art without asking first ! I was a couple of times a victim because I was to trusting showing my art.
So you become more cautious (frustrating and a learning proces)
But don't worry ! Products that YOU receive from riandesign.eu are FREE of watermarks !!
Q Why have all your samples a black background ?
A It's just a matter of taste. I think that some images just come out better on black than on white. And again, don't worry ! The black background will NOT be sent with your order.
Q What are the systeem requirements for your collage sheets ?
A Any program that support PNG files, like Photoshop or PaintShopPro etc.
Q I don't like what I ordered. Can I return it ?
A No. What you see is what you get. But if you are not happy with my product, please let me know. I will do my utmost to provide customer satisfaction !
Q Can I use your products in items/artwork that I make to sell ?
A Yes...to a certain height. You can use it for your personal and commercial ONE OF A KIND craft projects. Like a Collage Card,Tags, Scrapbooking, Bookmark, Pendants, Jewelry, Trading cards, etc.
You may NOT resell or share (parts of) the sheets in digital & printable form !

My policy is that I occasionally check if my conditions are followed. When I discover abuse I reserve the right to refuse service to any customer .
Q Are your products copyright free ?
A Yes they are. I own a lot of postcards and use personal photos for backgrounds. Also I scan often pictures from old books whose copyright has expired.The images that I do not own but have used are also free to use. I take great care in order to find copyright-free images and if I doubt, I always ask the owner for permission ! And how well I try, of course I am not perfect and if there is anyone who claims ownership of a image...please let me know !
Q I ordered a product , did not receive it / or received the incorrect product.
A Although this is almost impossible because of the automatic control, errors still may occur. When this happens, please contact me immediately and describe the problem clearly. I try within 48 hours if the problem can be solved.
(Please note that it's my policy to refund the price of missing items rather than send out a second product.)
